Hello - I am an audit manager and want to get suggestion on how to politely decline/respond to late night meeting invitations by the US team? I have talked with the partner and senior manager live that I can’t make it to calls after 9:30pm but every now and then (almost every alternate day) they schedule some client meetings for past my availability. I think they will understand if I can’t make it but wanted to just gather suggestions as what what can be a polite way to decline such meetings.

Anyone in full-service or media agencies that OWN a marketing automation tool? Any thoughts on whether or not the agency of the client should own that tech?

Some partners at my firm prefer to send out incomplete/rushed documents to the client instead of taking a bit more time to tie up any loose ends. This makes me very uncomfortable and I’ve seen it happen with several different partners on different matters. Seems like meeting fake deadlines is more important than good work product (E.g. would push me to send out an incomplete doc before midnight instead of waiting until the morning to hear back from specialist). Does this happen anywhere else?
