I was recently looking forward to join Dassault Systemes but after doing some research I found that the work-life balance is not so good there, also some discrimination is going on in between Indians and people who are working from other locations.

And one thing I can assure you that, you have heard the right thing.
people are leaving DS in mass as there are many points-
Not work-from-home. Those who are not living in company locations have to travel 1800-2500kms just to go office which can be also done by sitting at home.
Politics - Managers know everything but they are simple reluctant to take any actions.
Counterparts - Here in DS counterparts(people outside of India) as consider as God.. and we have to obey them word by word..
work-load - if there are 10 people in your team only 1-2 will work. rest of them will take salary and do back-talking about you.
Technology - forget about your major. You have to do everything by yourself.
Good luck with your job hunting
