I have 11+ years of total experience out of which 6 years in web application support , 2 years build and release engineer, current 2+ years in environment management and devops.
My current CTC is 17 LPA which i know is not as per market standards but need to know how much should be the market rate as per this experience.
Please share the valid market range so that i should know what value i hold.

I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

Where does manager lie in this hierarchy .
Is it above level 5 and is it called level 6.
And what is the salary range for Manager position.

Staff 1 with no experience?

What talking points do you have to negotiate a higher salary than someone else coming straight out of college.
An internship doesn’t make you an experienced hire if you’re coming in as a staff 1. I would not expect a salary negotiation to be successful. Unless the starting salary is really under market. Usually if it is they will update the whole starting classes salary if that’s the case.
No room to negotiate. Even before we went to cohort, they wouldn’t negotiate since all new hires made the same first year
