Title shifts? I see a recruiter on LinkedIn saying the traditional titles are outdated. Maybe outdated is the wrong word. But if you want to up your availability to get jobs you need to look for other titles. Creative Director may be a Brand Creative Lead. And of course these roles may take on different new responsibilities. Anyone have any intel of some of these new titles. Other skills we need to bring? This “creative director” has spent a year looking.
