Thoughts on serial dating, via social media apps?

So I have been seeing a guy for 4 months. We have a pay disparity.. he earns less than I do (by quite a bit). He has mentioned a few times that he’s worried I’ll get bored of him when I know he can’t afford the same things I can. I think we are beginning to move past this, but now he’s starting to mention things like ‘I am really broke this month’, and last weekend he told me his mum has lost her job and he’ll have to probably pay her rent. General consensus: Should national elections be national holidays?

I honestly think the “silent majority” this November are going to be people like me that voted for Trump in 2016 but will end up being a big reason he is voted out of office this time around. Biggest reason for me is the absolute lack of leadership and accountability.

Trump wants to limit protests around the White House: where they can happen, what equipment they can use, and how quickly they can be permitted. Another conservative crybaby looking for a safe space.

In terms of voting rights and what the Executive Branch can do alone:

1) Why can't the Secretary of State set up more offices to make it easier to issue passports to eligible Americans in the states passing voter ID restrictions? Doesn't the State Department have jurisdiction over issuing passports - a key form of voter ID?

2) Why can't a national emergency be declared on voting rights? Especially after one was declared on a border wall?

My close friend works for the mayor of my mask mandate city. We are both libs. I think the mandate was once good, is silly now. She just blew up at me when I asked for data to support their position. All I got was “I’m tired let’s talk tomorrow.” I’m disappointed she could not engage and support her opinion.

Glad to see Biden realizing he likely couldn't enforce or even enact a national mask mandate, maybe he does have some sense left in him
