90+ for first CD gig. Up to 110/120 if at big shop. Congrats 🥂

Most ACD’s are on 80k-100k.
CD pay band has the most varied package due to lots of factors - awards, experience, size of client.
A sweet spot seems to be around 90k-100k for first time CD.
I’ve seen experienced CD’s with top awards garner 150k-180k - but these are at top network agencies - Adam&Eve, BBH, Uncommon.

Curious about this as well. I’ve heard starting salary for CD at a large holding company agency in London is £85k but the range after that seems pretty wide open depending on agency and experience. (For the record I think £85k is laughably low compared to other markets but we all know London ad salaries are…unique. And about 50 years behind.)
