Not sure where you work but this can be under a ADA accommodation. If you are in office you should be able to WFH when you are not feeling well as offices have bright lights and screen is not blued out for eyes. Moreover they should be able to get you a screen thus your eyes can help with migraine. Maybe ask your HR or Third Party? I know a few people that WFH from this.
Not sure what ADA or WFH stand for. It think it's stress but I am getting an eye tomorrow though.
Migraines are the absolute worst! I always have sunglasses at hand because mine are chronic migraines. I feel a lot better just taking small breaks to close my eyes and lower the stimulation, even if just for a couple of minutes every hour. I'm sorry you feel bad.
Aw thank you! I'm feeling a bit better. It's still coming and going. I find day light so bright, I could never live without my sun glasses.

I can’t think what it’s actually called but in my last place of work they used to have strobe looking lights, that you can’t see that flickered but you put your phone up to take a picture and it will show it flickers - I used to have so many migraines and I’m sure this was the cause of it! My new workplace doesn’t have this and I don’t have migraines at work anymore. This could be a factor if you have these types of lights?
Thank you. I'm feeling much better now.
