took a 3-month role at a company after leaving my last full-time job, but it wasn’t aligned with my long-term FP&A goals. I’ve already used misalignment as a reason for another past job, so I’m unsure if including this will help or hurt. Would you include it to fill the gap or leave it out? How do you deal with parental guilt when you have to miss things? When my child was a baby it wasn't as big of a deal as long as I was around for the big stuff and was pulling my weight parent wise. Now that they're 4+ everything is big stuff, and every time I can't be there it really affects them. I know being successful in my career will set them up for the future, but it feels like I'm letting them down right now.

Help,I started a new career n the events industry and I think I have to quit! The person I report to is so disorganized and there are no other managers in the office to direct day to day operations of our department. On day 2 I was asked to go to a job site and perform a 12 hour day without any training, safety equipment or tools. On day 3 I was asked back to site to do general labor! I ended cutting my hand on an exacto knife and there was no first aid! Is this normal?
