Hello fishes, I got offer from 3 companies i.e ey, capgimini and hexaware with around 8 years exp and offers are almost around same with little bit variations. So needed help from you guys to decide which one will be better to join in terms of work life balance, flexibility, yearly hike and employee benefits. Really appreciate your inputs on this. Thanks in advance. EY Hexaware Technologies Capgemini

321 is above avg for Duke and close enough for the other two. You’re in a good spot but remember these things are meant to be taken multiple times so maybe another test if you can manage
I say if you’re able to make you application/essays stand out and have a decent GPA and work experience, your current score should be fine.
321 is a decent score - in range for all of your schools.
I do suggest that you take it one more time to see if you can get your best subscores on the same sitting.
You are more than three digits!
I feel you!! Also applying R1 fall and right now my best GRE is a 318 with 156Q and 162V , slightly the opposite of you 😭😭 and looking at those same schools so hoping I can try once more to at least get up to a 322. I’ve already taken it 3 times unfortunately. Tests are awful for me.
I have the same score submitting apps for R2 next week. Do you mind sharing your R1 outcomes? I’m hoping for the best!
Are you also waiting to hear about GSAP? Any chance you’re attending the symposium?
Good luck!
