I was subject to being targeted by management from my first day. They were extremely unprofessional. The customers were awful. I experienced electric shocks via my computer that was never addressed. My job was constantly threatened, skills and personality attacked. This place has a quick turnover for a reason.

Hi, I applied for a BFSI domain consultant position at TCS through Linkedin. Next day two people took my interview and said they are good to go with my profile. I might have one more tech round and HR will contact. After 4-5 days HR sent Ibegin link to create my profile and update details. Then it's been 3 weeks no other update. Whenever I contact the person who took my interview he keep saying its in process please wait. Is it normal procedure in TCS? How long usually takes.

Is it expected to write hand written thank you notes after an interview or is an email sufficient?

Interviewed for 2 jobs I am highly interested in. One offered the job already, but the other one hasn’t made a decision yet but should this week. I have until tomorrow to accept the offer but would like to work for the other company if the compensation package is better. Any advice? I don’t want to accept and then have to cancel, but there’s no guarantee the other job will hire me either. 😩

I had a job interview for a role that I really want. The hiring manager scheduled me for an interview and did not show up. Emailed me an hour later stating that he got super busy and couldn’t attend, and would like to reschedule. I’m looking for some advice and/or to vent a little. I’ve been looking for a sales job specifically to pivot into tech sales and I’m getting rejected non stop and it’s really starting to weigh on me and ruin my confidence.

If you interview for a job but are not offered the position, is it weird to try to connect with some of your interviewers on LinkedIn? I genuinely liked some of my interviewers, but apparently the company identified a candidate whom it believes is a better fit.

Any one make a move from fund admin after big 4 assurance and then was able to make a pivot to a PE fund accounting team? I am considering moving to a fund admin now. Have 9+ years of big four experience. Worried that I can get stuck in fund admin. But I have interviewed at several big name pe shops and make a few rounds on interviews but then get the same feedback that they are worried about my lack of operational experience.

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Please help!
