Pickleball for me today!
I'm fasting today to help combat a 5-day visit from Grandad (no working out) and having more than my share of bday pizza and cake (our son turned 9).
I am grateful for the much needed rest, but man do I feel like a pile of dog mess as I work through Lats, back, and cardio.
