I did a part flow, part restorative yoga session. Followed by a paired meditation. Very nice and relaxing way to end the week. ☺️

Spin class, quick run, and at least 15k steps. Feeling pretty sore so will have to sneak in some stretching somewhere too

Today my cheating day 😩 I e been doing 5 miles walk then go to bed like a baby. I cut down all sugar( been month and half now) . Today went shopping, line was too long and usually I do intermittent fasting 20 + hours daily so was 22hours and hungry so bought beet chips ( wasn’t even taste good too) 😳 but I ate it 😂😂😂 then bought corn bread and tasted sooo good ( I never been a corn bread lover but at least doesn’t have calories and sugar as much cookies 🍪) now all I feel just quilt 🥹
Later on will do my 5 miles and core hopefully 🤞 that will burn some of those calories. 😌
