One of my favorite podcasts did an episode on Adderall. Most of the info won’t be new, but there were some interesting snippets in there. I also thought it was a useful educational resource to share with your family and friends.

Macadamia nut milk is the best! It's creamy and delicious. And it's honestly more nutritious than the other milk options, maybe even real milk.
I love almond milk a lot but it took some getting used to.
Don't make the mistake I did. Oatmilk is surely the closest in terms of texture and creaminess but it is pretty much just starch juice. My sugar level went for a toss and I didn't realize it was from all the oat milk. I now do almond milk and oat milk for treat days.
I think some oat milks have little to no sugar
It’s kind of a misnomer that milk = dairy, as soy/nut/etc. milks have been around for 1000s of years. Soy milk has been sold and marketed as milk since at least the 1800s. It’s a recent trend that the dairy industry has been pushing to solely own the term and get consumers to demonize non-dairy use of term because sales for cow milk have been dropping the past two decades due to health and environmental reasons. I have been unable to consume dairy since 90s. To say which one you should get depends on what you’re using it for or what you want. If it’s for beverage to replicate cow’s milk, I guess oat milk, Oatly has a full fat one which is richer. I will say that after a while you get used to whichever. Almond is typically lower in calories. Soy has more protein.
SC, Yea that was a pretty harmful movement because studies since have shown that drinking too much milk causes bones to leach calcium and actually leads to higher fracture risk.
Lactaid.
I prefer macadamia and coconut milks.
