🚩 Unprofessional RMG Practices at LTIMindtree 🚩
Allocated to a BFS project in January, my status kept shifting between billable, RIW, buffer—leaving my profile uncertain. Despite repeated requests for clarity and release to join projects aligned with my skills, I was told “client headcount freeze.”
After 4 months, I was suddenly released without notice and pushed into DU pool, with mandatory 5‑day WFO, tests, and AI interviews. Even when other projects outside the account wanted me, RMG blocked BU movement and denied interviews.
This is not resource management—it’s resource mismanagement. Skilled employees deserve transparency and fair opportunities, not arbitrary status changes and roadblocks.
