Urgent advice needed for my friend.

She has joined a MNC company by saying she has worked on automation testing for 2.5 years but she has not and somehow she was able to crack the interview and joined the company few days back.

Now she is really worried about what will happen if she wont be able to perform (even basic tasks) and understand automation tasks and daily work??

Any suggestion or advice would be helpful.

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

I just learned I was parentified severely, especially emotionally. The discovery came from outside of therapy, but having a place every week to sit down, slow down & reflect def led to it. Being enmeshed with my parents like this was a cause for my anxiety, low self esteem and workaholic, people pleasing tendencies.
