Hi Fishes,
Can anyone please give a genuine insight into the frontend developer interview process for experienced candidates in Apple?
Do everyone irrespective of their experience needs to prepare for DSA? Or they just want the frontend developer to be proficient in HTML, CSS and JS just like they mention in JD. And also do they consider people from Tier 3 colleges?

I started at Grey six months pregnant and received 18 weeks of mat leave. I told them upfront that I was pregnant and there wasn’t an issue.
Most agencies have a one year minimum unfortunately. But some don’t! Ask during the interview process right when they make an offer. If they react poorly to your pregnancy, then you know it’s not a family friendly place to work anyway. But if you really don’t feel comfortable (I totally get it), then make sure you ask about the policy upfront as part of the overall benefits package. You can even say you’re trying and want to make sure this is a good fit long term.
Edit: sorry did you mean how long you have to be at an agency to qualify for leave or how long mat leave usually is?
I literally found out I was pregnant while interviewing once. I didn’t want to share yet because of previous early losses, but I just said we’re wanting to start a family soon and what is the mat leave (on paper). They handled it amazingly and I took the job. When I was ready to share, no one batted an eye. I felt very grateful and supported. You might be surprised!
Just clarifying - asking how long i have to be somewhere to qualify for mat leave!
It depends on the agency.
It’s usually one year but nothing wrong with bringing it up in the interview process. Also depending on where you are you will definitely get some state benefit/time off for the medical part of your recovery but it’s the added “baby bonding” time from your agency that you’re going to want to supplement that with- and it is definitely worth asking about if you are interviewing!
