In Amgen’s offer, Gratuity is not part of ctc. It is in top of ctc, calculated as per basic pay of an individual.

But equivalent companies like Sanofi, Novartis, Takeda, BMS are considering Gratuity as part of ctc only.
It's number game, bcoz if you don't stay in the company for 5 years, you are not going to get that amount.

In hand salary of Amgen will be much better than other above mentioned companies for same offer.

Embarrassing to admit but I have a hard time putting my phone down and I’m sick of wasting my time. I’ve only found ones that allow you to block access to selected apps but it also allows you to end the blocking period whenever you’d like (thus not really helping my ADHD impulses). Open to hearing suggestions!
