I’ve received an offer from Virtusa for a JPMC client Domain travel(location Pune) (YOE: 4 years). And joining in 6 days. Would really appreciate insights from people working on similar engagements.

I worked as a technical PM for a medium-sized adtech company in NYC in charge of 2 technical teams, and the business intelligence team.

On Thursday I was informed by the lead Product Owner and the head of HR that leadership had decided that the project management office was no longer necessary for the company and all three of us, the director and the two technical PMs, were being let go. None of us were given any notice.

I took a temporary job as an attorney advisor at the SBA this past fall b/c it offered a regular paycheck, and my solo practice was suffering b/c of the pandemic. I like the work. Anyone know if the variable pay is applicable while serving np? I got my last variable pay for oct to March cycle and my lwd is 19th sept... Should I get variable pay for April to sept on my final settlement? Or it will give at least April to June?
