I've recently joined IBM and I feel I've made a mistake. No proper induction/onboarding, no proper details shared, its been 3 days and I'm the one reaching out to managers. No one bothered to connect with me, introduce to the team or even respond properly when I'm taking the initiative.

Is it normal in IBM?

How much will be the notice period if I resign in probation, assuming I joined a week back? I feel I made a mistake rejecting other offers and joining IBM.

Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer.
