VP at a boutique sustainability consulting firm in Canada. I conduct due diligence for top PE impact funds. Looking to move to a PE firm this year. I hold a technical master’s degree and prefer not to pursue an MBA in this economy. Any roadmap suggestions?

Not in the industry but would say networking hard with people in the industry when there is openings, and showcasing how your skills transfer to being on the investments side. You may have to make a lateral move or step down one position, but could be worth it long term. Especially that pay is generally higher in PE. Goodluck!

Hi Everyone,

At the moment I'm a procurement consultant in London, but want to make a move towards supply chain consulting. My preference would go out to a supply chain consulting role which is more analytically challenging. Do you have any advice on how to make the transition (e.g. firms which would help me transition or courses to upskill myself before applying)?
