Should I continue using a robo advisor such as betterment? I initially put my money there bc it was easy and I have about 40k - before I drop another 50k into the market, I just want to know if I'm better off picking an ETF and doing it myself?

2 considerations:

1) Betterment is very to use/see and I dont have to worry about any decisions
2) I already have 40k in there so there is some added benefit if I put more money in that pot

How do you manage burnout while also job hunting? Miserable after pushing so hard during the pandemic and got royally screwed over by my current company a few months ago. I’m miserable, near tears, throughout every work day. I’m job-hunting, but I’m in a niche field so the opportunities are few and far between. The thought of carrying on with this for months is unbearable, and even new jobs don’t excite me bc I don’t have anything left to make an amazing first impression all over again.
