2 considerations:

1) Betterment is very to use/see and I dont have to worry about any decisions

How do you manage burnout while also job hunting? Miserable after pushing so hard during the pandemic and got royally screwed over by my current company a few months ago. Can buy a house closer to friends and more lively, but worse school districts (not awful, just worse) -- or can get one a little farther away, more residential, but better schools.
