I left EY as a Manager with 10 years experience and an MBA. Was doing PM work when I left. Also Tier 1 city. My TOTAL comp might have been $180k but my base salary was closer to $125k and I had been rated at "Exceeds" or "Significantly Exceeds" expectations each of the 3 years leading up to my departure.
Incoming MBA base salary for PI-Program Management is $145K w/ a $25K signing bonus, just as an FYI. Again, this is direct graduate campus recruiting for MBA.
I can confirm this as well. But just out of curiosity, what happens to those new MBAs? Do they still get raises? What does MBA managers get paid?
^ that’s for a SC, sorry missed that. Providing just as an FYI that a manager should be higher for at least the base.
