Was interviewed om june 19th 2021 for Apache Spark in Cognizant. Got a call from hr on august 4 for salary negotiation and hr said the same day they will release the offer letter. After multiple followup emails and calls hr is not responding. Feeling helpless as this would be my first switch.

I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.
