35F divorced with a kid. I think I will never get remarried or in a serious relationship again. Lots of men don't like dating women with children. I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position.
