Hey Folks, can anyone please tell me how long does it take for HR to get back to you for offer discussion after you have submitted all the required documents.

Got a mail from RL to schedule a discussion for career outlook conversation next week, so most of us would get to know the numbers and impact tier by next week.

I have tried absolutely everything I can think of to limit distractions during the work day and none of it has worked. Working from home has only made it 100 times worse because now I know there are other more interesting things to be distracted by all around me. What do you do to hold focus during working hours? What will get me to be able to work for longer than 35 minutes without getting distracted?

Has anyone made the jump from one HR specialty to another? I’m trying to figure out if I’m better off trying to get experience in the new specialty internally, or if I just find a new role elsewhere. Thanks!
