Who has the best M&A Tax Practice ?
Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Hi Folks,
Good Evening
Hope you all are doing well.
I am just done with the HR and Salary discussion for the Data Engineering role with Telstra .
Which location is good to join Bengaluru, Hyderabad or Pune when it comes to Data Engineering roles and opportunities in Telstra ?
Any one currently working or worked in Telstra looking forward to your valuable inputs and suggestions.
Hi Fishes, Currently I am working in Kolkata for past 3 years. I am not a fan of the humid weather in Kolkata. Whenever I go out, its sweaty.. I have an opportunity to shift my workplace to Hyderabad. I want to know about Hyderabad weather month wise..
Weather is only the deciding factor to move. Anyone who has lived in both the cities for more than a year.. Cognizant Tata Consultancy Capgemini IBM Infosys

OW is the better company in terms of progression, reputation, and exits typically. How much better is the IQVIA offer?
What are you most looking for in this move?

agree with the above, OW is a much stronger brand in consulting and in general. IQVIA might actually have more presence in the LS space which might equate to more variety of projects, but I would say OW’s branding and long term earning potential outweighs this.
OW’s acquisition of Huron might also suggest OW is looking to become a serious player in LS in the future, not from OW but ex-IQVIA so maybe someone from there can speak more about this.
Happy to chat about IQVIA if you have any specific questions
I have another interview with IQVIA and just wondering the range of pay is for a research nurse. It’s a year long contract, 4 10s, no benefits. I’m wondering about if I want to take a vacation? The culture and work/life balance.
If your IQVIA offer is from the Consulting Services team in New York, Boston, SF, that position will require you to manage the day to day of your project. It is not entry level. Progression: Associate, Associate consultant, Consultant, manager, associate principal, principal, sr principal. The OW position is essentially entry level. Experienced consultant is not an official level and I believe you are hired as a Consultant, which is entry level. Profession: consultant, sr consultant, associate, engagement manager, principal, partner.
If you really are a lover of the LS and see your career there longterm, IQVIA ia a better bet.
If you would live to explore the world of co sulting and exit into a wider range of industries, OW is better.
Your back ground may be better appreciated at IQVIA
C2 - definitely agree, I recall my team from the IQVIA consulting group having a good portion of people moving into corp strat, RWE or even the clinical side of IQVIA.

I am surprised that IQVIA pays more...usually they are cheap, but seems like not for external hire. Go with OW, better brand, likely more interesting work and better professional development opportunities
If you are truly an MD (medical doctor), very interesting that OW would hire you at essentially entry level. Would have expected associate (on par with post-mba level)
But otherwise, agree with others. OW branding is stronger
I would try to talk to people (or former employees) of each company. I’ve heard some rumblings about OW culture in the past.
Also, would they differ in the amount of travel you do (if that matter to you)?
