Query regarding Switching of Visa from Skilled worked dependent to Individual Skilled Worker visa. I was on a Dependant Skilled worker visa for 1 year 1 month and now switched to an individual skilled worker visa. Will the previous year in the UK count for ILR ? Or does the clock start again

Mid-level when she's leading the call: please make sure you take notes. It's expected of the person not leading a call (note I always take notes)

Me(jr): asked to lead a call for a different deal as training. Mid-level doesn't take notes (also on call) and tells me it's the job if the junior to take notes.

What happens if a startup is acquired before every employee’s Cliff period ends?

I understand the possibility of that happening is crazy, but do we just not get any equity?

Has anyone been part of an Employee Resource Group (or any other group, for that matter) that has a role in vetting outside vendors? Our Latinx ERG recently organized opposition to a vendor with ties to ICE (successfully!), but we'd love to put a process in place that doesn't require constant vigilance on our part to make sure our company doesn't hire vendors that hurt our community.
