Tech stack: Azure data factory, data lake, Azure databricks, Logic App, SQL, Pyspark (basic)


Offer:

KPMG India:16 fixed + 10 to 20% variable

Optum - 16 Fixed + 15% variable + pf (offer letter is not received yet)

LTIMindtree: 11 LPA Fixed only(can revise the offer based on the latest offer)

Is it wrong to work low budget favors from the small local production/post shop and never give them a chance at a regular budget job?

Anybody gone from Accenture to Oracle Consulting Services (OCS)? Wondering what the real differences are in delivery, expectations, career, etc.

I currently live in NYC and my lease is up in October. I’m thinking about moving my stuff back to my parents (decently close to the city) and finding a studio somewhere with decent weather through January. Any recommendations on short term furnished rentals and any recs on an ideal location? Looking to stay in the US given corona and somewhere where I can run / bike in the colder months.

Iam 5 month pregnant , thinking to get release from project due to health issue and taking maternity leave from april 1st, at this situation can I be in bench for 3 months and go in maternity leave ? Will this affect my job in Accenture? Will the organization allow to be in bench for 3 months? If iam in bench during maternity leave will i get variable pay
