I would not even be surprised if they did have Christmas decor out already 🤣 You'll have to come back and give us an update cause I avoid that place at all costs. I really wish we could give Halloween the spotlight and then immediately after, BAM, Christmas. Halloween deserves its moment, too.

Halloween and Thanksgiving. Christmas shouldn't start until Black Friday. I didn't notice anything at Walmart the other night, but I was in and out, and just grabbed some groceries I can't find anywhere else. I avoided the side that would have had Christmas stuff. But I will have to go get Halloween candy, so will check out that side next time I am unable to avoid that place.
I can't believe we're already at that point in the year. It feels like just yesterday our store was decked out in all things red and pink for Valentine's Day 🤣. I'm sure we'll start getting Christmas deliveries soon, but we don't start putting anything out until like halfway through October.
I'm still wondering if the trade war chaos is going to create real problems for Christmas. I've heard all kinds of stories from empty shelves to no changes at all. I guess we'll have to wait and see, and I wouldn't mind waiting. It's always kind of depressing seeing holiday merch out way ahead of time.

I am concerned about that. Even though we laugh about how early it starts, there are companies that start planning for Christmas at the end of the previous December. And with shipping lines all messed up, and everything else, I fear this could be worse than Christmas 2020

! It’s wild seeing Christmas stuff pop up before September even hits.

And yet, it seems to get earlier every year.
