Credible?

OP meant that he could claim this threat as damages in court, therefore increasing the revenue that would be coming in as additional revenue in his income statement.

I’m a well known trial lawyer already have a ton of home security. I stopped carrying a gun years ago but guess we’re back to that point. I have a carry permit whole 9. Just weird leaving your gun in your car to go into court. This guy is just nuts.

A7-- I know former AUSAs who received legitimate death threats. One of my friends said he was scared for his life.

I received a number of death threats as a practicing attorney but could never get a gun permit. The police would just go and scare the people who threatened me. Thankfully, it’s now much easier to get a gun permit in California.

Better call Saul.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? TIA!

I feel like it’s very unstructured and one of the managers micromanages. It’s like every man for himself. Take home pay is $50k. I am working on my bachelors deg. Do I get paid enough?
