Well, it has been an interesting two weeks learning about communication. Students chose a teacher to send a professional email to, peer reviewed each other's emails, and BCC'd me. My email is flooded with emails from six classes. 😖 I will have to rethink this one. No more BCC's for sure.

I did a similar assignment. Put them in groups of two or three and have them send one email to you to be graded. This cuts down on the amount of submissions you receive!

This is a more antiquated solution, but instead of BCCing, students could print the email & turn it in to you. It would be faster for you to just glance at them, also you could have them do peer reviews first with the printouts, so those reviews would be doing part of your grading for you. They also might see their own mistakes when it is on paper, so a self-edit first, then a peer edit, all on the printout.

I actually think that is a really good exercise. I may have to do that with my kids. I would just auto filter them to have them go to another folder so I don't even see them. I think that is a really good thing to teach them.

Not a sales based question but have a second interview for TierPoint Inc. they are an IT company and this is a manager of operations role. Their clients have some big names but I work for a global company that’s massive.
