We're supposed to be serving the public but I’ve seen so many examples of inefficiency that hurt the very people we’re supposed to help, and it drives me insane! I worked in a program meant to speed up benefits processing, but delays kept piling up because due to ridiculous red tape and incompetence.When people find out just how much waste and inefficiency there is, they'll be singing a different tune. Maybe that's what it'll take to fix all o this, bc no one from within seems motivated enough to step in.

I love what I do and I have an offer to stay in International Development and be a manager with 86k, focusing on my technical area + lots of travel. But I also have offers from Deloitte and EY to be a GPS consultant at ~100k. Is it worth it to move to D or EY?
