What are differences about A&M and Deloitte PEPI practices? Leadership, culture, salary/ bonus structure. Thanks !

A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. I believe that one PM role is preferred in the industry and most modern software companies, especially FAANG companies, only have PMs. Just curious what others have experienced and if I'm correct in my assumption.
