I interviewed with PwC for sf dev two weeks back. Last week I called up the HR who got me interviewed for an update on it but she just said that give us some more time we will get back to you. Is it pretty usual in PwC to take this much time?

Relatively new position at a coveted firm as their Marketing and BD manager. Have suffered burnout and depressive episodes previously: can feel the symptoms raising it’s head. Most importantly, struggling to tolerate how directors speak to me, whereas previously I wouldn’t take it personally and get on with it. From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Took my little dude to Target so he could buy a Xmas gift for his sibling. While browsing, he lost his $42 he’d been saving up. It’s hard to be motivated when rounds of layoffs happen and you see all your friends leave. But one thing that’s gotten me through all of this is working out. And when I say workout I mean the most pathetic, sad, barely completed beginner-level cardio dance routines. I’ve somehow forced myself to move while on lockdown and it’s somehow forced me to feel better. Whatever you’re doing, wherever you are: get up and move even if you don’t finish or end up going on a walk. Pls take care of yourself❤️
