How to renegotiate with pwc for more fixed
So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

I use a hori hori. Cuts roots, digs holes, scares off nosy neighbors, has measuring guide on it. Perfect tool.
I just posted that in another thread and literally came into this thread to, as well!
I just use the back of a pen or sharpie to make a hole for seeds in a tray. In the garden I don't waste time with individual holes, I cut a trench with a plain old trowel, place seeds at even intervals, and then cover the soil back over and firm it with my hands.
I use basically no tools in the dirt besides a trowel. I have a dandelion puller but I end up just using the trowel instead (I don't have a lawn and the garden soil is too soft for the dandelion puller to use the surface as a lever). For plant maintenance I have a couple types of pruners/loppers and a sharp knife for harvesting asparagus.
Yes. Get yourself a hori hori. Very useful. You only need to buy a lot of this stuff once.
I have one like this. https://lowes.sjv.io/c/264145/897039/12374?subId1=BV-RU&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.lowes.com%2Fpd%2FFiskars-Big-Grip-7-in-Steel-Multipurpose-Garden-Hand-Tool%2F1001459714&subId3=xid:fr1714956053597dcf
I like the orange color of the Fiskars tools. It’s easy to find them among the mulch, grass. Also I like a guard between the knife and the handle.
