Looks like root rot. Could be the new soil is too wet. Can you make sure there's no standing water in the soil? I always one 1 part cactus soil to 2 parts potting soil in my indoor plants to help with airflow.

Fiddle leaf figs do not like to be moved to a new location or repotted while dormant in winter. You will likely see some stress resulting in different ways so I would move it back to its original spot at least even if repotted. Avoid fertilizing or overwatering while it adjusts. Grab a moisture meter and make sure that little guy really dries out for a couple weeks. You may lose leaves but don’t panic and mess with it again while it recovwea
increase drainage in the pot. also a little too late to say this but don't disturb the root ball of a fiddle leaf.
