I will be surprised if we get more than that from this tech.
I'm in government. Two easy ones that I see are:
1. Knowledge management. While not a massive time suck, I'd say 1-2 hours a week go to tagging work product and sorting it into shared drives to use to speed up future work. We also have ~60+ years of legacy records of some to zero value, with newer generally being more useful. Being able to just tag a document to have it feed into a knowledge management system, auto classify and sort, and then also, separately, feed into a rag system would save so much time long term.
2. Software license consolidation: there are probably thousands of separate licenses to things like Adobe acrobat pro and Microsoft office split across government. For those two, we probably could see some discounts. For other, more niche software where there are more market options, you could potentially get more discounts and less resources on admin from only competing one
2. Can be solved with a database or spreadsheet
