What are the chances of transitioning to PE Ops (value creation) after working at big tech for 1-3 years post MBB.

Does tech (e.g., Google, Meta, Stripe, PayPal etc) ruin your chances of making it into PE Ops? Assuming you already had the profile for PE Ops in consulting prior to tech

I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.
