Hey fishes, can someone tell me how the 80c bracket works, i know i can get exempt upto 1.5lakh under it, what i wanna know is does PF comes under it or not? For example if my yearly pf deduction is 20k and VPF is 10k so now will i still be able to show investment of 1.5lakh under 80c apart from PF and VPF or i'll be able to get exemption on only 1.2 lakh( 1.5lakh-30k= 1.2lakh)?

Salaries for Creative Operations Manager?

Would love to get a sense of the average base rate. I feel like I’m getting paid below market rate and yet still expected to work above and beyond.

Is anyone experiencing a loss of staff because of the mental toll of this pandemic (parents and people to be everything to everyone while still maintaining work?) Even with company mental health programs, were struggling to keep staff (lots of HR issues).

Is anyone else feeling like they are literally being asked to perform impossible miracles? It’s just like, people seem to think I’m hoarding Creatives…it’s getting very frustrating.

I’m getting into consulting but have no idea what a reasonable hourly rate would be for creative ops. Any suggestions?? I have 6+ yrs experience with Fortune 500 companies, working on the brand side and at an agency.

Hi, I am considering a career pivot to creative resources/operations, but am wondering what I should do in order to break in.

What software do you use? Currently using Float, so many options out there. Would love one where wed’d only have to pay for the RM team but not creative team as we mainly need it just or our team.

Anyone have experience taking an RM role in a more corporate industry (i.e. consulting, tax, finance)?

I'm curious to see what else is out there and wondering if there are pros/cons (aside from the dress codes) or if it's a "same shit, different industry" type of situation.

Where do you all go to find UX people and Product designers?? I’m going nuts I need four people to start ASAP?! I will hire a staffing agency or tech recruiter at this point if I can find that’s any good but they aren’t sending me good candidates :(
