I know Liver King is out there but my roommate has been living by his “9 ancestral tenets” and it basically changed his life. Anyone else that follows something similar seen benefits? Seems like he’s rooted on well being and staying connected with the world around you. Even if you think he’s weird his YouTube video is well put together.

Too many loose definitions. More clarity please
Take advantage of it and try to find other work you can do in the future that might help you move forward in your career.
You have two options. Either: 1) start the current job and actively try to find something else to switch to in 1-2 years, or 2) immediately look for another job, and if you're able to negotiate in any way, use the current job as leverage.
How do you decide that? We'd need more info to help any further, but it ultimately depends on what you feel. If you think you can bear it (or don't want to go through the effort to find another job right now), then stick in it and switch to another role in a year or two. If you can't bear it, start looking now.
I personally think you start this one and actively look for another job, especially since the hours aren't too bad so you'll have the time. Maximizes potential upside and minimizes downside (i.e. turning down current job and finding nothing, where you then are left with no job) at the cost of a little more effort on your end. You'll also be pulling in a bit of money and gaining experience in the meantime.
Ooh share the company/job so I can apply, this sounds like a dream lol
I think I need your job! Lol. You are so lucky with your first job. If you think there is no opportunity for growth, and growth is what you are looking for, then you apply wherever you think will challenge you.
If you want to build your career and improve your skillset, I suggest you take another job or position. What you have right now might look perfect and desirable to others. But if you are no longer happy and satisfied with your current work, you can definitely look for another job.
