I have accepted offer & told her to explain me the breakup of CTC, she said she will call me back but i have not received any call from last 2 days & I have tired to call & also mailed her but no revert.

I always meal prep chicken or beef burritos that I can freeze. I make a lot so it’s easy.
I've been big on burrito bowls lately. They're really easy to vary to keep from getting stale and they're reasonably healthy so long as I don't go overboard with sour cream and cheese. I make a big batch on Sunday that usually lasts me through the week.
When my kids were in college, I rarely ate out unless it was a special occasion. I still maintain that habit to this day. a) I eat leftover dinner from the night before. b) I have a salad. If you change up the dressing and the meat, the salad tastes different. Now, you can buy salad kits from the store. c) If you buy a rotisserie chicken, you can slice up the meat and have it in various forms such as a sandwich, with a side vegetable or chips (your preference), etc. d) I snack on fruits, such as apples, oranges, bananas, watermelon, raspberries, blueberries, and cherries to name a few. e) I also like snacks such as Blue Diamond lightly salted almonds, and pretzels. f) If you need a quick protein, I like Quest Hero Protein Bars, specifically the crispy, chocolate caramel and pecan flavor. Drinks: I like water, green tea, strawberry/vanilla Ollipop and Bellini Bliss Bubly .

I’m so horrible about planning healthy lunches. I usually end up with something canned, like ravioli or spaghettios. I definitely could be better
I have a bad habit of forgetting to eat lunch. So unless I’m going to a client lunch, I usually have like a protein bar in the middle of the day or sometimes I remember to pack one of those premade salad bowls you get at target. Than I just eat that at my desk.
