Hi everyone, interview for entry level Allstate claims position. Should I take it being 3 business days since my final interview and no offer. I would wait it out. I get that if they want you, it’s usually a day or two when you hear back. But people are slow. And busy. It could be a million things why it’s taking them so long. If you don’t hear back within a week, it’s probably not happening. But I wouldn’t stress too much. Hope you get it!
Sometimes it can be really hard to get feedback back from a bunch of people. Give it time.
It could be either. I’ve had recruiters reach out the next day to let me know they’re collecting feedback or meeting other candidates and they’d get back to me end of week. But more so I’ve had to reach out to them for status. You can send a note to the recruiter saying thank you and if they need anything else from you. That should open the door to a dialogue on their process/timing. If you get ghosted, try not to internalize. It’s a symptom of bad training and policies and not a reflection of your talent.
