Negotiation in new offer: I’m moving from fully remote to fully in office (with chance of hybrid later) offer for associate director in quality in pharma for 170k base, 18% bonus and 75k equity. Newbie to healthcare here with a very basic question: if a provider stores medical records electronically, and a patient requests those records to be sent via mail, is it still considered ePHI/EHI? In other words, is it the way the data is maintained rather than the method of transmission? (Asking in context of new Information Blocking rule)
