I'm on a H1B so I am supposed to pay Medicare and SS taxes, but my employer has not withheld anything- my hnr block advisor caught that but she just completed my returns assuming I don't have to pay those taxes

What is the right protocol in this case? Do I owe SS and fica taxes?

Hi all, i am selected in Infosys and offer got released and everything is finalized. Now from Infosys bg practice they asked for "Abbreviation for initial" i just reverted back to them... Will this be an issue in joining... Deep Work sounds like I can reduce my overall time spent at work by 25-50% because of all the extra gobbly goo that goes on in corporate bloat. Has anyone done that? What are your thoughts on deep work methods?

Has anyone dealt with a lack of praise from attorneys? I'm not someone who needs to hear "good job" all the time, but we just got a huge deal closed that I worked really hard on and had a lot of overtime. And once it closed, the lead attorney praised the other attorneys, and said nothing about me or my work. I might just be overly sensitive, but it kind of stung. Thoughts?
