I just recently joined a small organization that I have wanted to be a part of for the past 2 years, accepted the role of general manager. Any Bridge Engineers/Structural Engineers in here? I got my PE this year and have 5 YOE in TX + an MS. What sort of raise would you expect for receiving your PE working in a consulting firm? I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?
