Is it possible for me to learn new technology and switch. Recently acquired AWS cloud practitioner certification which is of no use to me now as they are asking for exp. I know this bowl isn’t the most active, but my grandmother is in the hospital for Covid (severely high risk), grandfather has it, as does my mom and 8 year old brother. My mom is also experiencing PTSD or some form of mental issue where she has certain triggering events. Everyone is concerned about her and my grandmother. Please keep my family in your prayers

Need help settling a debate with my friend. She thinks I will have an easier time getting research grants because I'm male. I think it's the opposite because companies are trying to change the status quo and get more women involved (which I'm not complaining about... please don't attack me.) I just started meds yesterday and the change in my focus and attention to detail is mind blowing. My only concern is, just yesterday I had a tough feedback session with my manager around how I’m taking too long to complete my work, giving them anxiety around close deadlines. I’m new in the job (3 months in). Should I explain anything about my adhd to my manager or just wait for them to notice the change in me?
