SalesForce. Very comprehensive. Call records, file sharing, activity tracker, outlook integration etc
Redtail is an excellent CRM for our industry. Requires some basic understanding of a database so you can utilize their reporting tools. It is very easy to use for tracking open activities and notes across a team. Salesforce is an entire other level. Significantly more expensive and infinitely more customizable. It’s likely more then most advisors need but if you want the highest level of tech and automation then Salesforce is the choice.
Having a CRM that is integratable with other applications is essential which is why we use MS Dynamic CRM and 2ND Outlook
S/B MS Outlook
Redtail.... great industry specific CRM
Redtail. Powerful and flexible!
My firm consists of 65 employees and 20ish producers. We use Salesforce. It’s a beast to set up, but is excellent for customized record management, integration with outlook/phones, and measuring KPIs on an organizational level.
