One of the attorneys I work for is kind of a jerk. I think if I only worked for two of the three attorneys I do work for, I would be a lot happier at my job. But two of my attorneys making working there worth it.

That is wonderful you have two other attorney that actually make up the difference for the lack from the 1st attorney. I'm sorry your first Attorney is not acting right as should. Maybe that 1st attorney is going through something difficult in their life and don't know how to get passed it. Hopefully, the tide of attitude will change in the attorney soon.
I'm in-house. I love what I do but what I dislike the most is the environment. Management does not do a very good job at managing the company, favoritism is rampant, and integrity is lacking to name a few things. Fortunately, company is 100% remote and systems are setup (mostly by me) so that my actual person-to-person interactions are minimal. Basically, I keep my head down, do my work and collect my paycheck.

That's a tough one. That is toxic, unhealthy. Good for you that you work remote. Click's in the office environment are destructive. If they do not get a handle on it now, the company will later have a so-to-speak tiny war on their hands. When it comes to that what usually happens is the good ones are let go (or they leave for better) and the actual issue at hand never gets truly resolved. Until someone comes along who is capable and strong enough in management to stand the brunt of the push back and pushes back harder and the waves do not frighten or affect them. Usually, one who isn't afraid of being threatened to be fired or fire. Powerhorse of a office warrior with good intentions for all.
