An energy drink and a protein bar. I've given up on trying to eat a real meal at work. As long as I have a decent breakfast before I head in, that keeps me full enough until I can get home and make real food.

Ahhh yes good breakfast really sets the mood
Always some type of sandwich plus a snack. I try to get creative with my sandwiches to keep from getting bored, and I make sure they are loaded with veggies and protein. My favorite right now is brie, apple, turkey, arugula, and pesto. I do a BBQ chicken sandwich fairly often, and smoked tofu is an easy protein to be creative with.

Usually leftovers from previous night or I try to meal prep for the week. Like spaghetti or chicken and rice, something simple

I am brown paper bag with sandwich and thermos of soup in the winter time. I can't really eat much at work. Between the periodic bodily fluids and the potential for dramatic show out scene by staff or patients my intestines seem to live at a state of paralytic halt until I can relax.
