What does a typical succession plan look like when you work into a book of business? Say 5 or 6 years of working alongside each other prior to full transfer of business

Team Structure

Since rolling out SN in our org, our team has changed shape just a bit. Try to understand how other operational orgs are doing things, what does your SN team's structure look like?

In my case:
2 Developers for Integrations and Discovery
3 Developers for Core administration, Catalog, and Request
1 Architect
1 Technical Manager
1 Platform Owner

All domestic and some additional development is done by one of our partners

I’ve noticed that HR, when explaining why a candidate didn’t get the job, tend to lean on “You’re great, but we had candidates with more experience in [skill relevant to the job].” I do believe this is true in some cases, but it can’t possibly be for all of them.
